Accessibility for Brisbane concrete pool planning
Planning a concrete pool in Brisbane should be easy for everyone to look into, whether you use a screen reader, magnify your screen, navigate by keyboard or browse on an older phone. This page sets out how the site tries to stay usable for every visitor. If anything gets in your way, you can report it through the contact form so it can be looked at and fixed.
Accessibility policy
Fantasy Pools Brisbane aims to make every page readable, simple to navigate and usable with the tools people already rely on. That covers the pool service pages, the suburb pages and the enquiry forms.
Accessibility is treated as ongoing work rather than a box ticked once. Pages are checked when they change, and reported problems are given priority.
What the site aims to do
- Use clear headings in a logical order so screen readers and skim readers can find their place.
- Keep text in plain language, with short paragraphs and no unexplained jargon about pool construction.
- Give images meaningful text alternatives, or mark them as decorative where they add nothing.
- Make forms work with a keyboard alone, with labels on every field and clear error messages.
- Keep colour contrast strong enough to read in bright Queensland daylight on a phone.
- Let pages resize and reflow without content being cut off or hidden.
Known limits
Some content may not yet meet every goal above. Embedded maps, third party widgets and older images can be harder to use with assistive technology. Where something is less accessible, the same information should still be available in text elsewhere on the page or on request.
Report an accessibility problem
If a page, link or form field does not work for you, please tell us through the contact form. A useful report includes:
- the page address or the name of the page
- what you were trying to do, such as reading a pool type comparison or completing the quote form
- the device, browser and any assistive technology you were using
- what happened instead of what you expected
If the form itself is the barrier, mention that in whatever way you can reach it, and the issue will be treated as urgent.
Getting the pool information another way
Nobody should miss out on planning their pool because of how a page is built. If you would rather receive details about custom, precast or plunge pools in a different format, say so in your message and note the format that suits you best, such as larger text or plain text.
